12, 13, 14 Ianuarie / Teatrelli, Goethe Institut și spațiul public dintre ele

Performance pentru un spectator / câte o nouă reprezentație la fiecare 20 de minute, în intervalul orar 17:40 - 21:40.

”The Others” oferă fiecărui participant acces la intimitatea afectivă a unei alte persoane. Am construit o suită de trei situații relaționale pentru a descoperi diversitatea răspunsurilor umane la afișarea emotivității. 

Participantul are libertatea să construiască relația cu performerul, în funcție de propriile curiozități, intuiții și limite. Pe parcursul performance-ului va rămâne invizibil și anonim. Spectatorul va alege distanța la care vrea să stea față de performer pe tot parcursul întâlnirii. Această distanță este introdusă într-un program conceput împreună cu coderul Grig Burloiu și impune întregul algoritm al experienței. Distanța sau apropiere dintre doi oameni este, poate, doar o chestiune de sincronizare.

”The Others” a luat naștere în 2021, în timpul rezidenței regizoarei Ioana Păun la MuseumsQuartier Wien/tranzit.org, în contextul distanțării sociale. Poate fi privit ca o serie de reflecții post-pandemice la care regizoarea i-a invitat să i se alăture pe curatoarea Synne Genzmer, performerii Ana-Maria Pop, Raluca Felezeu, Alexandra Vieru și Petru Mărginean, stilista Veronica Nojac, programatorul Grig Burloiu, graficiana Alice Voinea. ”The Others” este produs de Biatrice Cozmolici, Co-producători: creart/Teatrelli, Institutul Goethe și Forumul Cultural Austriac. Proiect co-finanțat de Administrația Fondului Cultural Național.

Premiera a avut loc pe 22, 23 şi 25 septembrie 2022, în luna ianuarie fiind programată a doua etapă a acestui performance.

Numărul de locuri este limitat, de aceea vă sugerăm să achiziționați biletele din timp.

Durata fiecărui performance: 30 de minute. 

Punctul de start: Teatrelli (Piața Lahovari 7).

La performance participă un singur spectator și un singur actor. Pentru a nu afecta programul, accesul nu mai este permis după ora de începere selectată. Vă mulțumim pentru înțelegere.

The Others 

12, 13, 14 January / Teatrelli, Goethe Institute and the public space between them.

The performance is for one audience member. Slots available every 20 minutes, from 5:40 to 9:40 pm.

”The Others” offers access to the affective intimacy of another person. We have created a chain of three relational situations in order to discover the diversity of human responses to the display of emotions. The distance or closeness between two humans is, maybe, only a matter of synchronization. 

Each participant has the possibility to tailor their relation to the performer, according to their own curiosity, intuition and limits. Throughout the performance, the participant will stay invisible and anonymous. The spectator chooses the distance they wish to keep from the performer throughout the whole encounter. This distance is introduced in a program conceived together with software engineer Grig Burloiu and imposes the entire algorithm of the experience. 

”The Others” was initiated in 2021, while director Ioana Păun was having her residency at MuseumsQuartier Wien/tranzit.org, in the context of social distancing. It can be seen as a series of post-pandemic reflections, where the director invited other artists to join: curator Synne Genzmer, performers Ana-Maria Pop, Raluca Felezeu, Alexandra Vieru and Petru Mărginean, stylist Vernoica Nojac, programmer Grig Burloiu, graphic designer Alice Voinea. ”The Others” is produced by Biatrice Cozmolici. Co-producers: creart/Teatrelli, Goethe Institute in Bucharest and The Austrian Cultural Forum. The project is co-funded by Administrația Fondului Cultural Național.

Each performance lasts 30 minutes.

The starting point is Teatrelli (Piața Lahovari 7).

Each performance is for one participant and one actor. In order not to disturb the schedule, the access is not permitted after the selected booking time. Thank you for understanding. 

The performance is also suited for non-Romanian speakers.
